An Industrial engineer from Virginia Tech specializing in Human Factors, he has consulted on User Experience and Design projects across the globe for Best Buy, Macys, Standard Bank, Caterpillar, Vodafone, Motorola etc. Through Stray Factory an entertainment company which he founded in 2010 his plays have been performed at festivals in South Africa, USA, Singapore, Malaysia and Sydney. He was awarded the 'Emerging Artist Award' at the Short and Sweet Festival in Los Angeles last year. In 2014 he started Rascalas a Youtube Channel for South Indian content and created 'Black Sheep' one of South India's first Web Series on the channel. Finding a point of convergence between Content and User Experience he recently started his journey as a Producer. Marrying his interests in Technology, Arts and Business, now, he engineers experiences on stage, digital and film at Stray Factory.

Karthick Iyer has over 20 years of classical carnatic experience, starting from the age of 8, captivating audiences with his soulful voice and emotion-led violin pieces across 'sabhas' and other venues.

Seeking to broaden his horizons, he started playing in the Indian film industry, with AR Rahman, Imman, Devi Sri Prasad and other notable music directors. He composed a song for a Bollywood movie along the way, as well as jingles for multiple TV ads.
